About Me:

I'm a mother of 2, Young Adult librarian, aspiring writer, and total geek. I just took up knitting and used to cross-stitch. I grew up in Broken Arrow, OK and have lived in Connecticut since 2000. I have been happily married since 1996 and have two daughters born 2002 and 2004. I am also the proud owner of a boxador (boxer lab mix) named Oscar who looks amazingly like Scooby-Doo. I also have 2 cats who love me, and the feeling is usually mutual.

I also love Guitar Hero, taking naps, NYC, Kahlua and milk, getting pedicures, and watching my kids sleep. (It's the only time they're quiet)

Knitting. I just started in March. I want to learn a little crochet, too. I also scrap book. By that I mean I have TON of supplies, but have never actually started anything. I also know how to cross stitch, but have not gotten out the needle since the kids came along.

Our first week is done!!

Well, I downloaded my video so this week is over!! I had to edit so much to get it down to 4 minutes. It was at 10 minutes to start with!!! I talk WAY too much, I guess.
I was trying to download a photo to our youtube page, but it just wasn't saving. I wanted our profile pic to be Kayla's 5AK foot pic. If anyone else wants to give a try, please do.
